Welcome to Thinking Into Results! In this blog I am going to share experiences, tools and tips that you can use in many different areas of your life to get better results. I have seen amazing changes and results in my own life – in my health, my relationships and family, and my career. It is true that we are what we think about and it’s sad and surprising how often what we are thinking doesn’t serve us…’I can’t believe I did that, I’m so stupid’; ‘I’m always sick’; ‘There are no good men/women out there for me’; ‘I’ll never lose the weight, I’m too fat’.

It’s a good first step to start becoming aware of your thoughts. When we start to notice our thoughts, we can work to change them. It’s simple but it’s not easy. It takes effort and attention but it’s so worth it.

You can do it on your own but you will get better results when you work with teacher or a mentor. I know I do! I am so happy and grateful that I am being mentored by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher – two amazing teachers with decades of experience – to help bring this transformational program Thinking Into Results to more people who want better results, and results that stick.  If you want to learn more about this work, get in touch.
